Open & Transparent Customer Communication

Something that we always try hard to maintain at Indochine Natural are open lines of communication with customers with lots of transparency. Interested customers are always welcome to visit our production facility (please phone first) and we try very hard to answer all queries via email the same day.

For general questions, these are handled by our Vietnamese co-founder Ms. Le Thanh Thuy…..and for the more technical product related queries we roll out Dr. Mike, our other co-founder.
