Mornings. And your sense of being.

 

When you first wake up, take time to just be. Not worrying about anything. Not wanting to control what comes next. Learn to just be.

 

And if you wake up with negative thoughts (often called “awfulizing”), challenge them and focus on what you can control.

 

Learn to elevate your morning shower into a mind-clearing ritual. While under the shower, add a few drops of essential oil to your face cloth. Place over your face. Breath in the aroma.

 

Try a few drops of Bergamot. Or May Chang essential oil. Known as the ‘oil of tranquillity.’ It promotes physical relaxation. Mental calm.
