It is important to remember that on cosmetics ingredients are listed in the order of decreasing concentration, therefor the Goats Milk will only be present in minute quantities…..far less than is required to have any beneficial benefits on your hair…..but sounds good and we are sure will fool many people to make a purchase of this shampoo.
